For customers new to the Cartell Trade account please review the information on this page and watch the videos.

To modify your password click My Details from the Home page.

To view Cartell Help click Help from the menu bar within your Cartell Trade Account.

New Car Check User

From the Cartell Trade Home page enter a Vehicle Registration Number in the Registration Entry box and click Go.

Click Select to choose the Car Check you would like to purchase. Your Car Check will be displayed in your Web Browser. A copy of the Car Check will also sent to you via email.

You can also locate a Car Check anytime by clicking Previous Checks from the Cartell Trade Account Home page.

New Billing User

You can download your account invoices by clicking My Invoices from the Home page. Then click on the Invoice Number that you want to access.

New VRM User

From the Cartell Trade Home page click VRM Data in the top menu bar. Enter the Vehicle Registration Number and click Search. To view another vehicle click Next Lookup.

New Batch Service User

Cartell can enable the batch service for customers if they wish to avail of this function.

Once logged in, click VRM Data in the top menu bar, followed by the Batch Processing Service button.

Click Create New Batch Job then choose a service (e.g. XML_Cartell_Batch), then click Continue.

Then you can choose to Upload From File. Select your .txt file and click Upload. Alternatively you can enter text directly into the text box.

Once the file has been uploaded click Start Process.

Once the file has been processed you will receive an email notification with a link to download the file.

You can check the status of the file being processed anytime by logging into the Batch Processing Service area of your account and clicking the Refresh State button.

If there are other users that require access to Cartell in order to upload files, please forward their names and email addresses and we can create user logins for them also.
