How do I credit my account?

Crediting your account is easy. You can simply top up online with a valid Visa card, Mastercard or Laser card. We also accept 3V and Mastercard pre-paid credit cards.  After you log into your account on Cartell Trade, click on the ‘Credit Account’ button on the top of the page or the ‘Add Credit’ icon on your home page and follow the instructions on screen. Your account will be credited instantly. If you don’t have a credit or debit card you can simply forward a cheque to Cartell, once received your account will be credited and you will receive notification to this affect.  You can also top up your account by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)* or by simply lodging the money directly into our bank account.  Please use the following bank details;

  • When completing an EFT or when lodging credit directly into Cartell’s account, please reference your company name to ensure the credit is applied to your account.

When will I receive my invoice?

If you credit your account by credit or Laser card, your invoice will be emailed to you once your payment has been authorised. If paying by cheque, EFT or cash in bank, then your invoice will be emailed to you as soon as the payment has reached our bank account. If you are not or have not received invoices then please contact customer care.

How can I change my password?

When you log into your Cartell Trade Account click on ‘My Details’. Here you can change your password.

How can I change my username?

If you need to change your username, you must contact Customer Care.

How can I add/delete users on my account?

Please contact Customer Care and we will assist you.  All users must have their own login.  Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If there is a requirement for a colleague to access a Cartell service please ask them to contact Cartell Care to obtain their own login credentials.  Your full name, email address and mobile phone number will be required.  Please also advise us should an employee leave your company so that we can disable the user accordingly.

How can I change my email address?

When you log into your Cartell Trade Account click on ‘My Details’ and modify the required fields.

How can I change my phone/fax number?

When you log into your Cartell Trade Account click on ‘My Details’. Here you can change your mobile phone number only. If you need to change the phone/fax number for the account, you must contact Customer Care.

How can I change my trade name and my address?

If you need to change your trade name or address or both, you must contact Customer Care.

How can I change my VAT Number?

If you need to change your VAT Number, you must contact Customer Care.

How can I check my Cartell Trade balance?

You can login to view your balance anytime by logging into your Cartell account. Go to: www.cartell.ie; click Trade Users; enter your username and password. You will see your balance displayed on the Trade Home page.

How can I check my invoices?

You can login to view your invoices anytime by logging into your Cartell account. Go to: www.cartell.ie; click Trade Users; enter your username and password. Click My Invoices.
